What data we process

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, pages requested, browser type, and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability.
• Email correspondence. If you contact us at info@ottoai.ch, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) to respond to your inquiry.

Hosting and data transfers

This website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. Server log data is therefore processed on infrastructure that may be located outside Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards in line with the FADP, including the provider's contractual data-protection commitments. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and transmits your IP address when loading the page.

Retention

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the FADP you have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you, and to request its correction or deletion where applicable.
